Inspired by Agatha Christie “Murder On The Orient Express” book and Ernest Hemingway “Death In The Afternoon” cocktail, the “Death” is one of the most popular cocktail served at the Orient Express. Recommended for 25+

Here’s how:

Build in Champagne Flute

Absinthe rinse (Pernod)

Sugar Cube

1oz Becherovka

Top with Champagne (Moet)

Lemon Peel Garnish.

Enjoy your “Death”

3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
.5 oz Simple Syrup
1 oz Zwack Liqueur
1.5 oz Bushmill’s Irish Whiskey
.5 Red Bell Pepper Puree
Shake and serve up in a cocktail glass
Garnish with Arugula leaves and  Dashes of Angostura Bitters.
